Everyone needs uptime monitoring for the following primary reasons:

    More Downtime = Money Lost

You will incur losses if your website is unavailable for an extended length of time.

    Reliability of Site Visitors

The people that visit your site are your guests. Instead of leaving them alone in an area that is unfamiliar to them, your goal should be to assist and amuse them while they navigate your website. Even though it's not deliberate, having your website unavailable is like shutting your door in their face.

    Influence of Search Engines

Too much downtime on your website can negatively affect its SEO and cause search engines to penalise it, which is never ideal for any website.

First and foremost, kindly confirm that your supplier and you have whitelisted all of our IP addresses. You can find them all right here.

You might try deleting the monitor and create it again if the problems persist. This will modify your monitor's IP address.

Examine the Response Times graph to see whether any longer responses are there in case of a "Connection Timeout." When your URL cannot be accessed for 45 seconds, the monitor will be reported as down.

We check your website twice from two distinct places when we report an outage, and if both report an outage, we send out an alert.
