Refund policy
Refund of Renewal or Purchase for Existing Customers
All fees paid by existing customers are non-refundable, except
for first-time users.
No Questions Asked Refund Policy (14 days) For First-Time Users
- • If you are a first-time user, you are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days
from the date of purchase. Any refund requests after the fourteen (14) days period will not be
entertained.
- • You are required to make the refund request through the official ticketing system within the
stipulated time frame.
- • The company has the right to refuse a refund, including but not limited to abuse to the system
or if fraud is suspected.
- • If a customer requests a refund, it will take approximately fourteen (14) business days to be
processed and completed. All returns shall be made through the same mode of payment.
- • Padurus shall not be liable
with respect to any loss, damage, cost, or expense that you or any person may incur as a result
of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
- • Once the refund has been processed, the account will automatically be downgraded to the Free
Server Management plan.
